Estimates provided are approximations based on initial examination. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of your item and any additional repairs discovered during service. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the estimate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mission Watch & Jewelry Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

Our repair services are backed by a 6-month warranty covering defects in workmanship and parts. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Items Left for Repair

Items left for repair or evaluation remain at your risk. While we exercise reasonable care in handling your property, we cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that may be discovered during repair.

Unclaimed items remaining at our shop for more than 90 days after completion of work may be sold or disposed of to cover storage costs and any outstanding balances.
