Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required upon completion of work before items are released. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and checks for established customers with prior approval.

For repairs estimated over $500, we may require a 50% deposit before beginning work. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced.

2. Estimates and Final Pricing

Initial estimates are provided based on preliminary examination and are subject to adjustment once our technicians complete a thorough assessment. We will always contact you before proceeding with any repair that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

If you decline the adjusted pricing, you may choose to have your item returned in its original condition (or with any work already completed) for a reduced fee covering the diagnostic and any completed work.

3. Service Warranty

All our repair services are backed by a comprehensive 6-month warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials used. If your repaired item develops a problem related to our work within this period, we will correct it at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from water intrusion (if not covered by original service)
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed during our repair

4. Refund Eligibility

Service Fees: If you are not satisfied with our repair work, please bring your item back within 30 days of completion for re-evaluation. If we determine that our work did not meet our standards, we will re-service your item at no additional charge. Cash refunds for service fees are available only within 14 days of payment if no satisfactory resolution is reached.

Parts and Products: New parts and products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a full refund. Special order items cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you have concerns about the finish, functionality, or appearance of your repaired item, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our goal is not just to meet your expectations but to exceed them. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers through exceptional service and honest communication.

6. Unclaimed Items

Items left for service that remain unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned. We will send a final notice before disposing of unclaimed items.

Storage fees of $5 per day may apply for items left beyond 30 days after completion. These fees will be deducted from any refund or deposit before disposition.

7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In rare cases where repairs cannot be completed as expected due to factors beyond our control (such as discontinued parts, internal damage discovered during repair, or manufacturer defects), we will provide a full refund of any prepaid fees for work not completed.
