Bring your timepiece or jewelry to our studio. We listen to your concerns, examine the piece, and provide a preliminary assessment. For watch repairs, this includes a timing check and visual inspection.
Detailed Quote
Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a comprehensive quote outlining exactly what your item needs and the associated costs. We explain every item in plain language and answer all your questions.
Your Approval
Once you approve the quote, we order any needed parts and schedule your repair. For watches requiring movement service, we aim to begin work within 1-2 weeks.
Expert Workmanship
When your repair begins, our certified professionals follow manufacturer-specified procedures. We document everything — from initial measurements to final testing — so you have a complete record of the work performed.
For watches, this includes timing analysis before and after service, pressure testing for water resistance models, and cosmetic inspection. For jewelry, we carefully document gemstone settings and metal condition before beginning any work.
You'll receive updates if we discover any additional issues during the repair that weren't in our original assessment.
Rigorous Testing
Every watch undergoes thorough testing before it leaves our studio. We run timing machines for 24-48 hours to ensure accuracy, test all functions, and verify water resistance where applicable.
For jewelry, we inspect all settings, verify clasps and findings, and perform a final polish to restore the piece to its best appearance. Nothing leaves without meeting our exacting standards.
We package all items carefully and contact you when ready for pickup or shipment.
